What we collect

Your email address, a one-time confirmation token (stored only as a hash), which page you came from, and the time you signed up. We use them to confirm your address, manage private access, and contact you about that access. Nothing else.

We do not store your IP address. To stop one person submitting the form a thousand times we keep a salted one-way hash of it for two days.

Where it is stored, and who sees it

In our application database, hosted by Supabase on AWS in Zurich, Switzerland. The confirmation email is sent through Resend (USA) and the spam check on the form is Cloudflare Turnstile, which sees your IP address at the moment you solve it. Nobody else receives your address, and it is never used for advertising.

How long we keep it

These periods are enforced by a daily job, not by intention:

  • The confirmation token is voided as soon as it expires, 24 hours after we send it.
  • An address that never confirms is deleted after 90 days.
  • A declined entry is deleted after 30 days.
  • Once you have been let in, the waitlist entry is deleted 12 months later.
  • A confirmed address still waiting for access is kept until we let you in — or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your waitlist entry at any time, free of charge, by emailing hello@levra.ch. We answer within 30 days. We will confirm the request from the address it concerns before we act. You can also complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern, www.edoeb.admin.ch.
