Write to hello@levra.ch. A person reads every message; you will usually hear back within two working days. Please say which surface you are writing about (the iOS app, the web app at levra.ch/app, or the Chrome extension) and, for a bug, what you did just before it happened.
Getting access
Levra is invite-only while it is in its early phase. Join the waitlist with your email address; you receive an email the moment your address is admitted. An invitation from a teammate who already uses Levra admits you too. The same account works on every surface.
Signing in on iPhone
The iOS app signs you in with a one-time code: enter your email address, then the six-digit code from the email Levra sends you. Codes expire after a few minutes; request a new one from the same screen if yours has. If no email arrives, check your spam folder and that the address is the one that was admitted. If you set a password in the web app, the app also lets you sign in with it.
What the iOS app does
Levra for iPhone is for catching: notes (typed, spoken, or a photo), and references (links, pictures and short videos) you keep in a visual library, sorted into folders. The Share Sheet extension Save to Levra saves a link, picture or video from any other app. Arranging references on a canvas happens in the web app, where the same notes and references are waiting.
Voice notes are transcribed on your phone; the recording itself is stored with the note in your own private storage. The app asks for the microphone, speech recognition and camera only when you first use the feature that needs it, and works without any of them (except for that feature).
Plans and billing
Plans are bought and managed in the web app, under settings → plan; the iOS app sells nothing, and a plan bought on the web applies there too. The same page shows how much of your AI usage you have used, your extra usage and what it has cost, and opens the page with your invoices and payment details. Cancel there at any time: Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. A free first month through an invitation ends without any charge if you cancel before it is over. If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you can withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days, as the terms (section 3.7) describe; write to hello@levra.ch from your account's address.
Your data
Delete your account in the app: open the folder menu on either screen, choose account, then delete account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone: your sign-in, your notes, your references and their files are erased. Work you contributed to a shared workspace stays with that team without your name on it, exactly as the privacy notice describes. You can also write to hello@levra.ch from the address on the account and we delete it for you.
Download your data from the web app (settings → download my data: a JSON file with your account, canvases, references and notes), or ask by email at the address above.
Analytics can be switched off in the app under account. Levra never tracks you across other apps or websites.
Report content or a person
Levra has no public feed: you see only what you and the members of a workspace you were invited to have saved. If a teammate saves something objectionable, or behaves abusively, write to hello@levra.ch with the workspace name and, for a reference, its title or link; the report action in the app opens this page. We act within 24 hours: the content is removed and, where warranted, the person loses access. A workspace owner can remove any member at once in the web app (settings → members), which ends their access to everything in it; leaving a workspace is always one click for you.
